I LOVE this shortening, I purchased it for the first time and it works much better than the shortening I used in the past. It creamed nicely and my buttercream was smooth. I also love that I can purchase it in 4lb quantities, this is the main reason I purchased it from this site. If you need assistance you can also call the number on the site, and someone will actually address your concerns. My item was also promptly shipped. I only wish that I would have received a tracking number. I could not be happier with my purchase. Thank you Cake Carousel!!!!
