Product Description
Learn how to make beautiful and delicious truffles for the Holidays! The Instructor will go over how to prepare your chocolates using different molds & techniques. Recipes for fillings and a variety of ganache will be covered during this demonstration. Simple decorating techniques to embellish your truffles are covered as well. Some Supplies are needed for this class & some supplies are included.
