This is a three week class meeting once a week. Learn to cover your cake in fondant and stack a double layer cake. You will use onlays, crimpers and make a fondant pom pom bow. Supplies are not included in the class fee.(3 Session) Learn to make a pompom bow for the top of your cake. Create elegant fondant embellishments that can be used on rolled fondant and butter cream cakes. Create swags, frills, edible beads, tassels, ropes, drapes, onlays and an open petal gumpaste flower. Learn to dowel and stack cakes.
