This is a three week course meeting once a week. Taking Basic Fondant first is recommended. Supplies are additional to the class fee.(3 Session) Learn to make a pompom bow for the top of your cake. Create elegant fondant embellishments that can be used on rolled fondant and butter cream cakes. Create swags, frills, edible beads, tassels, ropes, drapes, onlays and an open petal gumpaste flower. Learn to dowel and stack cakes.
